Chocoperfection Dark Chocolate bars are amazing! Most Chocolate bars have always had a tainted reputation for containing loads of sugar, and contributing to obesity. That is, until now! ChocoPerfection is one of the most amazing concepts in weight loss I have seen yet. It’s a gourmet European chocolate bar sweetened using 14g of sugar-free natural plant fiber. The only fats contained are stearic acids from cocoa plant, which is the exception to the normal saturated fat-cholesterol effects, and has inversely proven to improve cholesterol values. Everyone knows there is a slight stigma attached to sugar-free when discussing desserts. I will admit, before tasting one, I was a little wary of promoting a sugar-free chocolate bar. After devouring one of these delicious bars, I could hardly believe that ChocoPerfection bars were sugar-free! Not only do ChocoPerfection bars comply with low-carb dieting, but are also diabetic friendly, causing no impact on insulin levels. The amount of fiber packed into one of these 50g bars is more than in most fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans! To top it off, you still receive the healthy antioxidants that dark chocolates offer. Don’t let the sugar-free stigma of chocolate bars prevent you from trying one of these incredible, and incredibly good for you, ChocoPerfection bars. In this Induction-friendly recipe video, I demonstrate one of the most versatile side dishes or main dishes on the Low Carb lifestyle. From Chinese main meal or accompaniment to an Italian replacement for pasta, this faux rice recipe is versatile to say the least. Note: for the Italian alternative, I would eliminate the Chinese flavorings (Soy Sauce, meat, sesame oil, and egg) in favor of more garlic and Italian seasoning and spices. For Induction, you are limited to 1 cup of Cauliflower per day. This recipe was developed from the original at Linda’s Low Carb recipe site. (genaw.com Here is the ingredients: 2 TBS Cooking oil 4 slices Bacon 1 Medium Size head of Cauliflower (~2 pounds), grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 oz of Ham 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 egg, beaten 4 green onions, chopped Black Pepper to taste * Heat the oil and bacon in large skillet until bacon is slightly browned. * Grate Cauliflower in Food Processor * Add Cauliflower, Ham, and Garlic and cook until the cauliflower begins to stick (internal water is evaporated) and getting browned * Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil, heat for 1-2 minutes * Drag Cauliflower to half of the pan * Cook beaten egg until scrambled, and mix with Cauliflower mixture. * Add Green Onion, and Pepper to taste * Cook 4-5 more minutes Makes 6 servings Link to Linda’s Low Carb Update page: genaw.com Nutrition Info: 116 Calories; 5g Fat; 9.5g Protein; 9g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 5g Net Carbs Per 1/8 recipe: 64 Calories

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a luscious Light Lemon Pie. I substituted low fat/low sugar substitutes for almost every ingredient in this pie, yet it tastes indulgent and scrumptious! This is a great dessert if you are watching fat/sugar/calories! Ingredients: 1 small package lemon-flavored gelatin (I used a small package of sugar-free Jello.) 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (You may substitute an artificial sweetener in place of the sugar.) 1 cup boiling water 1/4 cup cold water 2 tablespoons lemon juice (You may use freshly-squeezed lemon juice or bottle lemon juice.) 6-oz to 8-oz. carton lemon-flavored yogurt (I used 6-oz. “lite” lemon yogurt.) 8-oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed (I used 8-oz. fat-free whipped topping; it is also avaiable in the sugar-free variety.) 1 to 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind 9-oz. graham cracker crust–10-inch diameter (I used a reduced-fat “ready-to-serve” graham cracker crust.) whipped topping, grated lemon rind, lemon slices, for garnish In a large mixing bowl, combine a small package of lemon-flavored Jello, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 cup boiling water. Stir for a few minutes, until the gelatin dissolves. Stir in 1/4 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Chill about an hour, or until the mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold 6-oz. to 8-oz. lemon yogurt, 8 oz. thawed whipped topping, and 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon rind into gelatin mixture. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours, or until firmly

It is Panna Cotta, and the ease and lack of ingredients (only 3) is amazing. It is super versatile and only limited by your access to good sugar free syrups like Torani and DaVinci. Here’s the recipe: www.genaw.com 1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatin 3 TBS SF syrup, like DaVinci or Torani 2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar free syrup In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 3 tablespoons syrup; let stand 5 minutes to soften. Bring the cream and 1/2 cup syrup to a simmer for about 6 minutes. Remove cream and syrup from the heat and add the gelatin mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely melted. In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a sinfully rich, delightfully decadent dessert, Chocolate Turtle Dessert Pizza. It’s a mixture of everything you love–but it is not light on the calories! Ingredients; 16 oz. Nestle Toll House Brownie Bites cookie dough 1/2 recipe of cream cheese frosting (See Betty’s Fresh Fruit Pizza for the recipe, or used canned frosting.) 8 oz. caramel topping toppings–some combination of any of these: miniature marshmallows, semisweet chocolate chips, chopped pecans, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, maraschino cherries, sliced almonds For garnish: Reddi-Wip stemmed maraschino cherries Separate the squares of brownie mix and place evenly in a pizza pan (or in a circle on a cookie sheet). My Unique Diet “Trick” That Eliminates Cravings for Junk Food and Controls Your Appetite Automatically Does your kitchen contain: Fat Burning Foods or… Fat-Storing Foods? You may be surprised that many of the foods in your cabinets that you thought were “health foods” are actually making you fatter… by Mike Geary – Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist & Catherine Ebeling – RN, BSN Eating for fat loss is simple, right? Eat fewer calories than you expend in a certain time period and you lose weight… Eat more calories than you expend and you gain weight… right? Not so fast! While it’s true that your overall caloric intake vs your caloric expenditure is one of the most important aspects in whether you gain weight or lose weight… there are a lot of factors involved that complicate this, such as: 1. Calorie counting NEVER works! Almost nobody, and I mean nobody, counts calories accurately. Controlled studies indicate that the majority of people (between 75-90%) consistently (and massively) under-report their calories consumed when they are asked to track their calories. I’m going to show you why calorie-counting is completely obsolete (as long as you follow one of the main principles that I’m going to teach you). 2. Appetite control and cravings destroy the ability for most people to ever meet a calorie goal If your appetite and cravings are out of control, how can you control hunger and actually stay in your goal calorie range for fat loss? ** When 1st trying – limit intake to 1 TBSP per day and see how the scales react the next morning. I wouldn't use more than 2 TBSP per day even if you do well with it. There's a point where the cals outweigh the benefits of the medium chains, 2 TBSP is most likely on the conservative side, actual tolerance is too individualized to give a blanket serving limit. WWW.HCGPROTOCOL.COM – low cost kits, collection of how to videos, sterile vials, Asher Harper Study, Pounds and Inches pdf. SERIOUSLY – if you try this, let me know how you like it and if you noticed an increase in ketones or difference in weight loss. Portions have about 4 carbs from the cocoa, other carb/cal count is more than negated by the ketogenic effects of the ingredients to a point. Also good for Atkins dieters. Hope you enjoy.

When you’re dieting, Identifying relevant sources
of information on a variety of low carb free recipe
can be a very difficult undertaking.

You’ll most likely find that accessing a list of
low carb food, will necessitate your having to join
one of the many on-line low carb dieting programs,
for which you will undoubtedly have to pay. Or that
you have to spend money in another way to get at the
low carb free recipe information you need. If you’re
embarking on a do-it-yourself weight loss program then
this option will obviously not be to your advantage,
especially if funds are tight.

But what if you could get your hands on an extensive
list of low carb food and a low carb free recipe
collection that set out all the information you could
possibly need, at no cost to you? More on that later!
For now though, lets consider some of the specifics in
relation to eating healthy on low carb food diets.

The atkins diet is probably the most popular and well-
known low carb food diet of all time. This model of
carb low food dieting will provide you with a good
grounding in carb low diets. You’ll find more on the
atkins diet and how to go about achieving your weight
loss goals, by clicking on the link below.

Before committing yourself to a diet based on low carb
food, you might be interested in learning about the

concerns that have been highlighted in relation to
low carb food diets and in particular, the atkins diet

you personally. That way, any decision you make – will
be an informed one, making your success all the more
assured.

Don’t decide on a carb low diet just because there’s a
promise of a list of low carb free recipe, or because
your friends are doing it, or even because it seems to be
the ‘in thing’. You must ensure that your choice is a
healthy one for you and that all your nutrition needs
are going to be adequately met. You will also need to
carefully Weigh up the pro’s and con’s, for instance:

How practical will it be to follow a diet based on
your newly acquired list of low carb free recipe or
free atkins recipe?

How easy or difficult will it be for you to eat these
types of low carb foods at your place of work?

What impact will following a low carb free recipe diet
make on the rest of the family?

How do you feel about the prospect of having to give
that little bit more attention to your needs at meal-
times or even preparing your own meals in addition to
those for the rest of the family?

What time constraints have you identified? For
instance, if you work long hours – how would this
issue be resolved, should you decide on using the low
carb free recipe list?

What additional health food vitamins will you need
to take to supplement your diet, should you decide on
following a low carb diet?

Where and from whom will you get expert advice on
your proposed change to your diet, prior to starting?

How will you know that following the low carb free
recipe list is a healthy eating option for you?

It is all too easy to jump into a new situation without
doing your homework. However, you must ensure you fully
research any diet that calls for changes in what you eat
and in the way you eat. With knowledge, you can ensure
your healthy eating, nutrition and your correct intake of
food health vitamins.

You can find out how to access your low carb free recipe
list by clicking on the link below. In the meantime,
stay knowledgeable! Stay healthy!
