Low Fat Lemon Cheesecake
Yields: 8 servings. Ingredients: 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs; 2/3 cup boiling water; 1 (3oz) pkg. sugar free lemon gelatin; 1 cup law fat cottage cheese; 1 8oz) pkag. fat free cream cheese; 1 (8oz) container fat free whipped topping.
